Salesforce has launched Agentforce 360, its global agentic AI platform, with over 12,000 enterprise customers already onboarded. The product is part of Salesforce’s mission to embed AI agents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Slack.

From Chatbots to Cognitive Agents

Unlike traditional bots, Agentforce agents can perform multi-step reasoning, access company data, and take action—such as generating leads or resolving tickets autonomously.
The rollout is backed by Salesforce’s Einstein Trust Layer, ensuring data governance and transparency in AI-driven workflows.

Integration with AWS Bedrock

Through an integration with Amazon Bedrock, users can call external models and agents directly from Salesforce workflows. This architecture enables hybrid agent ecosystems—where enterprise, cloud, and open models interact seamlessly.

Why It Matters

Agentforce 360 positions Salesforce as a serious player in the “agentic enterprise” revolution. Rather than competing solely on CRM software, Salesforce is becoming an orchestration platform for autonomous business systems.
